The room was full of bugs and the hotel insinuated that the bugs came in with us rather than taking care of the problem immediately. Eventually the price of the room was totally refunded.

Comfortable stay for 3 nights, really happy with my choice. the room had a cozy queen bed 🛏️. Great location, super convenient and quiet, plus it's near a mall.

The attendant who checked us in was polite,he was also polite 15 minutes later when we checked out of this dump. He must go through this often.
Booked non smoking rooms yet smell of smoke was overpowering. There was either dried blood or feces on bathroom floor. Did not even want to touch anything in either of the 2 rooms we booked.

It was a place to sleep.
Toilet (ran constantly), shower (hard to get wet), "breakfast" (a disgrace), TV (no channel numbers), amenities (no conditioner, ran out of shampoo)

Not Much
When I arrived at check in I told the clerk I only needed to stay for one night as plans had changed. She said fine , come in the next day and she would give me credit for the second night. I just received my credit card statement and that did not happen. This place sucks!!!!

It was convenient to my three day business .
The refrigerator was not working, the smoke alarm was coming out of the wall and the towels felt like sand paper and the room has mildu smell.

Everything was fine, including cooperative stuff and nice location in The Woodlands area. The room was cheap and reasonably spacious with comfortable beds. There was a fairly clean. Liked my time here👌👍
